  • This is a one on one structured class that works on a building block method. Book is required. Class is structured around the students level.

  • This is a group of two students. Building block method is used. Class is structured around the students level. Book is required.
    
    
  • $30/hr/person - 8 wk commitment needed
    
    
• Small Group Class
  
  
  • This is a group of 3-5 students. Class is structured around the students level. Depending on level of the students, book may or may not be required.

  • This is a group of 6-10 students

• Restaurant Class
  
  
  • This is a group of typically 5-16 students. Any level is welcomed. Each week is a different theme. Sample free appetizers. No book is required. Handouts will be provided.

If you refer a new student to us, and they register and complete any 8-week group class,

Payment Policies

Refunds - In the event that a class is canceled by Blomquist-Brunetti LLC, a full refund will be provided to the student. In the event a student cancels a class (excluding the restaurant classes*), a 24 hour notice is required. If a 24 hour notice is not provided, the student will be charged for the class. *Restaurant class - Due to the space limitation and open enrollment of these classes, no refunds will be given for cancellation. Payment - All classes require advance payment.

Class Policies

Class time - Classes begin and end promptly at the times specified. In the event the teacher is late, class time will be extended to make up lost time. In the event the student is late, the class will not be extended. If you are late, please be respectful of your fellow students and teacher and join the class quietly. Other classes, or teacher obligations may follow your class. Thank you for your understanding.
